I worked with Austin Hassold on buying a house. I went into our first meeting ready for him to tell me there was no way that I could buy a house. Instead, Austin provided me with the hope and understanding that I needed to properly begin the process. Throughout the process, Austin was patient with my lack of free time and assisted with tasks as he could. There was an emergency a few days before closing that would have delayed closing if not dealt with that day. I was at work all day and unable to step away; however, Austin was able to take care of the emergency and ensure that I still closed on time.Austin is a genuine and diligent gentleman. First of all let me just say WOW! Casey Herzfeld and her team are amazing. My husband and I first met Casey Herzfeld and Crystal Bryant at a Home Buying 101 class in May of 2018. They encouraged us that there were houses in our price range with what we were looking for in a home and that it was all possible before the end of the summer. So in June 2018 we got our approval letter and started the hunt for our new home. Our circumstances weren't normal and Casey didn't shy away at all with that she decided to dive right in with us. Casey and Crystal always answered all of our calls, emails, texts and cries for help in the house buying stress. They made it less stressful and eased all our fears being first time home buyers in a hot market. We placed multiple offers and in July 2018 we found our dream home and were aggressive enough to not only get the offer but also at the price we were comfortable with. They referred us to a fantastic inspector and was right there with us through the whole process. They held true to all of their promises and were so kind. Their services didn't stop as soon as the title was signed and we were handed the keys. Casey has kept up with contact in not only house items but in our lives. Lori High from Your Castle Real Estate was our selling as well as buyers agent. We needed to relocate from Thornton Colorado to be closer to the hubby's job in southern Colorado. Lori helped us sell our condo in Thornton as well as she was extremely instrumental in purchasing our FOREVER house in South East Aurora. Honestly, The Poulin clan couldn't have picked a better real estate agent to represent us in this tough competitive market. Leslie Parker!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. She has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. I've had the pleasure to have worked with Suellen Mack since 2009. Suellen helped me buy my first home in an area that I was not as familiar with, but she assured me that it was a great neighborhood, checked everything off my list, and that it was a great investment. That neighborhood was called Sunnyside and when Suellen helped me sell it in 2016 she was more than right that it was a great investment! My husband and I worked with Paulette Depumpo to buy our first home in Denver. The market was extremely frustrating for the price range and areas we were looking in and we had no clue how to navigate the buying process. Paulette was our light at the end of a tunnel of what seemed like a hopeless feat of finding a house to call a home! She came highly recommended to us by a close friend who has also bought several houses through her and she far exceeded the recommendation and our expectations for a realtor! David was great! Very knowledgeable and very friendly. I'd say my fiance and I are fairly picky. David helped us look through everything from older homes, to brand new builds until we figured out what we wanted. In this tough market he was helping us with showings and write offers at 7-8pm. We finally found a place we loved, but had to deal with a government relocation company... which was an absolute pain. These people were clueless and had no sense of urgency! My fiancé and I decided we were ready to move from our townhouse because of the high HOA Bill we were getting each month. After a very frustrating weekend trying to renovate the patio in our townhouse and continuously being blocked by the HOA we decided to look at a few houses and discuss the possibility of moving . We promised each other that we would ONLY consider moving if we found the perfect house and a realtor we could trust to see us through the process. We decided to give Jackie Yost a call after looking at a few of her properties online. We discussed with her what it is we were looking for and in what neighborhood and for the budget that was right for us. Not only did Jackie find us beautiful homes in the perfect neighborhood for the right price, she found us the dream home we had always imagined in the first few days of our call to her. She found a house we could imagine ourselves living in for the rest of our lives! she also established a relationship and rapport that made this entire process so much easier for us! I have known from day 1 that Jackie wanted what was best for US! She wasn't just trying to get a commission or sell a home from another client, she cared about our life and what would work for us! After falling in love with this home we decided to put our townhouse on the market. We had no idea where to begin! We would only sell if we were able to get our specific dream house and Jackie spoke with the agent for the house we wanted and she worked EVERYTHING out for us to get the house, while also selling the home we were in!
