I agree with Emily's assessment. Jessica does have a lot of forms for you to fill out - and that is a good thing. All of your pet's personal quirks are very well-documented. Medical history, food preferences, etc. So you can be sure nothing will be missed or forgotten.When you hire a pet sitter/dog walker to come into your home you want to be sure that they are professional, and that is exactly what Jessica is. Fully licensed and insured, and highly knowledgeable about animals.If you normally use a kennel for boarding I highly recommend switching over to Your 4 Legged Pet Service. I am endlessly grateful to Jessica for not only taking great care of our 100+lb lab on their frequent midday walks, but also her flexibility and ease of scheduling. Even last minute, she has made sure our pup gets the attention he needs. Jessica is absolutely wonderful. Normally my friend watches my cats when I am out of town, but when we were planning on going somewhere together, I called Jessica. My fears of having a stranger watch my boys instantly subsided when I met her. My cats instantly took to her and I did as well. They actually wouldn't leave her alone during her first visit!  She is a consummate professional, even with a crazy cat lady like myself. She quickly returned calls and answered any question without hesitation. I came home to two happy cats and a place that had been well taken care of. I recently went on a weeklong vacation and left my two cats, Tipper & Bella, in the care of Your 4 Legged Pet Service.  Prior to my trip, I met with Jessica and Sophy to go over some paperwork, talk about my cat's likes & dislikes, and show them around my house.  Anyone who has cats knows that they always seem to do the exact opposite of what you what them to do, and of course, this was no exception.  The second it came time for Jess/Sophy to meet the cats, they were hiding under my bed.  That didn't stop Sophy though, she bent down and tried to get them to warm up to her, which I appreciated.  Jessica also gave me her card with cell phone number and made me feel comfortable calling/texting to check on my cats.  They were both very professional and I felt very safe entrusting them to be in my home and in charge of my pet's care.  I also felt that it was very affordable too!  It was a great experience overall! What a relief to have found such a reliable pet service provider!  Jess is always very friendly and professional when we call her to set up a visit for our cat.  She is always available when we need her and provides a great care for our pet.  When we first needed Jess it was on very short notice but she was more than accommodating.  Now that we are planning for a vacation she is still the one we rely on to take care of Tilly! Had to leave a review even though I would say much the same as others here. Fantastic service from Jess and her backup partners. Jess was with our dog and cat during the February blizzard and was snowed in with them.  When the driving ban kept our property manager from getting in to do snow removal she dug her way out to let our dog out and to get to see other clients. She kept our pets safe and happy in a worst case scenario.She follows the most ridiculously complicated instructions we can leave without a hiccup. We've been using Jessica's 4 Legged Pet Service since last summer whenever we go out of town -- overnight or as during our last trip for five days and four nights. That means Jessica stays at our house, watching our two Wheaten Terriers, 7 and 2. The whole experience is terrific and seamless and we worry a lot less than boarding them. Great Service!  I've been using 4-Legged for 2 years now and my 8 yr old Jack Russell has been very pleased with the attention that Jessica gives her on every visit.  I've used the service for daily walks, unplanned overtime, long weekends even during a 7 day vacation where I couldn't bring my little one with me.  Jessica is always on time, very thorough and provides a quality service each and every time.  She provides her own report card for each visit to let you know all that was accomplished during her time with your pet.  Besides the quality of attention she provides my dog; I've also found her to be extremely trustworthy.  Nothing has ever been out of place, the doors have never been left unlocked. She is pleasant and kind and very patient with her 4 legged clients. I've seen her with many other dogs around the park over the last 2 years and her behavior with the dogs has always been exemplary.
