What makes a great website?
A great website is a combination of elements. The obvious is good design and relevant content. Good design will make the customer experience comfortable for them, and they will be more willing to engage with you. Advertising and marketing your website is key, though. If you have a great looking website and you don't advertise, then your website is like a home without a driveway. Great, engaging content, in combination with solid ad placement, makes a great website.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are your goals and expectations? This question serves to align the client needs with what we can do for them. After that, we talk about their passions, their mission statement, and why they do what they do. Getting to know the client's vision is tantamount to a great product.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with people as they begin a new journey, be it a brand new business, or a change in business model.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Again, I love talking to people and then helping them execute their goals.

I've been in this business for for 20 years and I love what I do. My clients know they won't get lost in the shuffle, that I'll be there for them.

Of course we can provide our services online (remotely). We do love meeting our clients face to face, but we can use tools like Zoom for that.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since we are an online business, there's no actual contact with them. However, when someone has to change their schedule due to getting COVID, we are more than happy to work with them.
