I was SO nervous about joining a yoga studio!!! This was by far the best experience I could have asked for as far as being a newbie. I learned so much from the instructors. Its warm and welcoming! I had to leave to move to Hawaii (LOL) and the owner didnt give me a hard time about my contract. They REALLY care here and it shows. One of the most valuable things I learned here was to honor my body. I was never good at turning down a slice of pizza, then I got to really understand what being MINDFUL meant!!.... I still eat pizza but im just sayin a lot of times I choose salad instead now which is good for my goals hahaha. It just becomes part of you. If youre like me and tried the weight lifting thing and need more... They go above and beyond. This is more than a yoga studio.. Essential oils, meditation, nice people, AMAZING instructors. Absolutely love Yoga. It is much like my former practice. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and considerate. They are always providing modified positions so every level can practice. They ask every class if there are any injuries or things that need more attention. More...

Loved my experience here! I've been visiting  the area from LA for the last few months, and I wish I had a private jet so I could be a regular for life. The owner Diane is the best! All the instructors I've had have been so supportive and enthusiastic. And the atmosphere and clientele is so welcoming! I've had horrible experiences in LA feeling self conscious and inept, completely intimidated. Like my classmates were too cool for school, and I was the awkward nerd. Not so here. I'm definitely a Yogaholic now! More...
