Yoga Loka is the best! The Bikram place where I live is the Cobra Kai of yoga studios - so hot yoga is a special treat for hometown visits. My mom is a regular there -- hot yoga seriouslly cured all of her hip problems! I wish they would open an east coast outlet in Philadelphia! More...
