Im not in a habit of leaving reviews but as a chef and small business owner myself, I know how much hard work and sacrifice you have to invest into it and you can absolutely taste the passion in every bite. That being said, I had to let everyone know how great this place is. I seriously had the one of the best experiences. Being plant based it’s hard to find places where the options are creative and flavorful. Between the scratch made ramen and the eggplant bao buns.. I seriously thought I was eating meat, I’m not sure what black magic they did to get that texture but keep it up. The veggie dumplings were so crispy and tender at the same time. Also,I highly recommend trying some of the drinks, they are so creative and refreshing.. I had to try them all 🤫😆 I will definitely be returning.. absolutely worth the trip! Oh, and the decor is so dope. Just all around 10/10. More...

What’s your signature dish?
That would be our tonkotsu ramen, og bao bun, and the dumplings. Everybody loves the dumplings!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We always have several vegetarian options available with the option to make most dishes vegan. Any ramen dish can be made vegetarian/vegan. We take allergies very seriously - if you have an allergy please be sure to let us know while building out your menu.
We take the time to specifically cater a menu to what works best for you.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating dishes for people to enjoy. We opened our restaurant to create food that we love and that we love to share. There is so much creativity involved in each dish!
Food Truck Catering
With our food truck we can cater a party of up to 500 people. We offer a mazemen style ramen dish, bao buns, dumplings, and a variety of other appetizers.
You can book the food truck for a private event, holiday gathering, work event, weddings, and so much more!
