Cajun Shrimp and grits !! Its actually my favorite dish to cook and eat!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I have sample menus that I send off if you love one of those that's great, if not we are going to create the perfect menu; what are you favorite foods? What type of cuisine are you looking to enjoy?
What do you love most about your job?
I love how I make people feel. Food is so much more than nutrition to me. That is why my business is called Food 4 Tudez I truly believe food plays a direct part in your mood.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like being in control of what I do and when I do it . It was hard for me to really express myself and my goals and aspirations under someone else who didn't really understand or fit my vision.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are wearing our masks , my team comes to all of our events with all proper ppe equipment. (Gloves, sanitizer, wipes etc)
