Relevance. Relevance. Relevance.
Take some time to figure out what questions are you answering and for whom. Why would customers to choose you? Have you communicated to them your unique value proposition?
Assuming that your copy is on point, relevant, and concise, then it is really important to have all the technical aspects of your site correct, from headings, titles, and load time.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What problem does your product or service solve for customers? Where do prospective customers go to find answers to this problem? Who are your competitors? What is your competitive advantage? What are your goals? What is your budget? What is your timeframe?
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting people who are passionate about what they do. I'm inspired by entrepreneurs - learning what makes them tick, why they got into business, what makes their product and services unique. When I can help people achieve or exceed their business goals, it is very satisfying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I very much enjoyed starting my previous business and sold out my interest after building it from scratch to a multi million dollar business. I took some time off but am looking forward to recreating that same magic for others as I did for myself.
