We provide Flexible HR Services that align with the unique needs of our clients. We are here to perform when our clients need us, and we pause and advise when our clients don’t. Our engagement is 100% flexible for each client. Our services include the Fundamentals, such as Payroll Administration Outsourcing, Employment Process Development, Employee Handbook Development, Employee Relations, Job Descriptions, and everything else. We also provide the Strategic programs in HR, such as Total Rewards (TR), Compensation Program Development, Management Training and Coaching, Supervisor and Employee Training and Organization Development. All in All, our team of Professionals include Certified HR Consultants, California Employment Attorneys, Cal-OSHA Consultants, Professional Recruiters and Trainers, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll Specialists and Organization Development Consultants (OD).
Retained HR Engagement
For our clients that prefer a Flat Rate Engagement, our Retained HR Engagement is the way to go. We provide every HR program, over 100 services include Employee Relations, Legal Compliance, Safety Compliance, Employee Investigations, Response to Legal Challenges, and HR Program Development with Training and Advisory. Our Flat Rate is $2500 per month for 20 service hours provided by our team of Certified HR Professionals, Employment Attorneys, Cal-OSHA Consultants, Professional Recruiters and Trainers and our entire team of HR Experts.
Self-Service & Advisory Program
For Small Clients or larger clients that prefer to perform HR services internally, we provide expert Advisory and Resources to support your efforts. This program includes 3 service hours per month from our Certified HR Consultants, Employment Attorneys, Safety Consultants, Trainers, Recruiters and others at our lowest package flat rate of $500 per month.
