I sent my high energy pup to their facility being told that they will let her play and get her energy out as well as learn some skills.
I sent my dog there 3 times and noticed she always came back with more energy then she went with. I asked the how long she played that day and they told me 20 minutes total. She was there for 9 hours. So... my dog stayed in a crate the whole day.
Instead of utilizing their skills to help her be sharp they gave up and let her sit in a crate all day. She was also in the puppy plus care program which is designed to give specialized attention to the dog.

I can’t tell you what you are missing if you’re not already a Woofster and part of the Woof pack! These guys are the most genuine, good people that I have ever met! Not only do they have the best interest of your pups in mind, but they also value the owners even more (can’t believe that’s possible, but they do ) I was surprised by them the other day when I came in to drop off for boarding and they had such a thoughtful gift waiting for me! WOW, talk about compassion, loyalty and happiness and so much more I don’t have words for how I felt. Ruby loves her days at Woof! She comes home totally wiped out and happier than a clam. Woof is the second dog day care in the area we've used since moving down from NH, and we're so much happier here. We have had an amazing experience with both the grooming and dog training services at Woof. Our two pups eagerly prance through the door when it is time for their haircuts with Laura, and all of the staff is friendly and professional. Our experience with the behavioral trainer has been transformative. Bob quickly helped us identify environmental factors that have been causing stress for one of our pups and has patiently guided our training with both of our dogs to address these issues. More...

I was very happy with the grooming my dogs received from Denise and Laura. However, we did not expect the bill to be so high $60 for the little dogs, as we had paid $45 at other groomers. Also, our big dog is a hound who does not need to be cut, and she cost $70 for just a bath. I will recommend Woof for friendliness and quality of service, but not for the cost. More...

I love this place ! The staff is always nice and welcoming. Jim is the best groomer of all. My dog Scruffy has always had anxiety when it comes to grooming. With Jim I leave all my worries behind. Just after WOOF opened, we needed a place to board our old Siberian for a weekend. They happily took her in and she was well cared for while there. After she passed, we now have a new Siberian pup. As soon as she was old enough ( 4 months and had all her required shots) we started bringing her to WOOF two days a week so that she would be socialized with other dogs. She was minimally trained and a bundle of energy but they were able to deal with her. She would come home tired and is always eager to go through the door to play when we get there. We have also boarded her over a few weekends and things have always gone very well. We are working with Bob on her training with very good results, although more is needed and coming. The staff all always pleasant and interact with us more than the minimum for drop off and pick up and seem to truly care about all the dogs that go there. The only issue we are having now is that she usually doesn't come home tired anymore. However, maybe that is because she is now a 9 month old, 50 pound "puppy" who can go for a 6 mile hike, take a short nap and be ready to do it again. More...

We have 2 energetic Jack Russell Terriers that get to go play at Woof 3 days a week. when we pull in the driveway, its happy barking and tugging on the leash all the way to the door - they clearly think its a good time! the introduction of PlayCare has been wonderful, to challenge them mentally and physically.
