We had just moved from Colorado to Maryland and found ourselves in need of a pet sitter. We began looking online and came across Woofin' It. One of our dogs is anxious and protective so it takes someone with a great understanding of dogs. Needless to say, Woofin' It exceeded our expectations. They walk our dogs, check on our pets and even stay overnight with them while we are out of town. Being new to the area, it was such a relief to find such exceptional care for our pets. If you are traveling and need a pet sitter definitely check Woofin’ It out. I get updates at each visit and photos of my dogs being silly to put my daughter’s mind at ease. It was the first time we didn’t have a family member staying with them and I couldn’t be happier with the person watching the dogs for us. My Husband found Woofin and we are both extremely happy that he did. While we only needed a lunchtime visit, knowing that our pups were in good hands made our worries go away. Joanna and Courtney both were very professional and very serious about making sure we knew they would take good care of our pups. They were very accommodating to both our needs and the dogs.The daily pictures and notes very great! We couldnt have asked for anything better! Will definitely be using them again. I am so extremely happy that I found these folks. They cared about our dogs as if they were truly their own. Joanna came to meet us along with Courtney, who would be taking care of our pups. They were great and we liked them right away. Joanna is so professional and courteous in every way and even came along with Courtney the first day. I just cannot say enough good things about Courtney. She took pics playing with our pups every day we were gone and sent them and texted us every day. She has found her passion and it is clear it is Woofin' It Pet Concierge. Her commitment to her customers, both pets and owners is unsurpassed. My husband and I couldn't be happier with Joanna and the wonderful services her company provides. We'd never used in-home pet care services before and were initially a little nervous, but we immediately knew upon meeting Joanna that Scout would be in great hands. It's so reassuring to know that Scout is being well cared for when we aren't around. Joanna and Jenna (our pet concierge) treat Scout like their own. Getting pictures of him on a walk or being given a treat is always the bright spot in a long workday. I have used Woofin' It for the last year almost every day (5 days a week) and can hardly put into words how amazing they (Joanna and Jenna) have been with my dog. I moved from out of state with a 6 month old puppy who I didn't want to have to suffer from my long work commute and time away from him. Woofin' It was the best thing that could have happened to me- not only did I have complete peace of mind knowing he was in the care of some really awesome women who I trusted 100% in my home every day like they were my own close friends, my dog was treated like he was one of their own. Each day I received text updates and plenty of photos that showed just how much fun he was having and love he was getting.
