With Hope

I was inspired to start With Hope (then called Enlyte) by work that I did with the Central Institute of Mental Health in Mannheim, Germany to explore how Machine Learning could help reduce relapse rates into the source of addiction. I became close to three young adults who were very happy with their new lease on life and they sent me a picture of them smiling together. One month after the picture was taken, one had committed suicide, one was not allowed to see her children unsupervised, and the other was transferred to long-term care. Then it became a passion project.

Clients should choose With Hope if they want traditional psychologist or therapist support, followed by a digital therapeutic approach (a fancy way of saying a very, very smart app) that will help you, help yourself. Here's an example: We use binaural beats (we put a different frequency in each ear and your brain creates an illusion right in the middle) to induce any of the five brain states in just two and a half minutes. We then overlay these with statements designed for you that you cannot hear because they go straight to your subconscious mind so that your conscious mind cannot reject them.

With Hope can provide services both in person or via video conference for remote care.

Our offices are in King County, Washington State, and the vaccination rate is so high that all mask mandates ended on July 7th. No masks are required to visit us, but of course, we will "mask up" if you'd prefer.
