I work with individuals 18+ who are interested in seeking support with anxiety, depression, disordered eating and life transitions. I also work with couples seeking to improve their communication skills, gain insight, and build a healthy relationship together.

Wisdom Within offers body-centered psychotherapy options for couples and individuals. Kat Partch is an LPCC with a MA degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology. Kat is also a Certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, Trained in EMDR, and a Hatha Yoga instructor.
