My iphone was broken so I brought it here to get it fixed and RJ helped me with it. The shop is very clean and Rj was very helpful and explained to me what was wrong with my phone. He gave me options and didn't just tell me what to do with it which I really like. It took couple days for my phone to get fixed which I didn't mind and when I got my phone back it was good as new. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends and I will definitely come back if I have any other electronic issues. They have 2 locations, in Henderson and North Las Vegas. My friends daughter dropped her iPhone 5s twice in the first month she had it and cracked the screen.  I did a search on the net and found this store and boy was I glad I did.  I live 95 miles from Henderson and went to the store twice to have the screen repaired.  They were quick and low price.  There is a Dairy Queen across the street so went there for a bite to eat and back then to the store.  After getting the screen replaced twice I purchased an otterbox case for it and I would recommend that case for the iPhone's.  I have that case for my 6 plus and 8 plus.  They are bulky but work and that's what you want in a case. Wireless phone medics is a great place to fix anything you need! I came in to fix my cracked iPhone screen. Most places charge $120 or more to fix your screen but this place does it for $79! I got my screen replaced and it didn't seem to work correctly because it started to freeze. I came in again, and RJ Fixed it up for me with no charge! He was very nice and helpful. If I could leave 10 stars I would! I didnt even know what the problem with my phone was, why the screen kept blacking out but would remain on, and RJ was able to fix it ! !!! He is the BEST! So grateful for the LIFETIME warranty. Make sure you come to THIS location my fellow Las Vegas peeps, even if Henderson is a bit out of the way but its definitely worth it. Love love love this place! Long story short, my phone screen broke and I took it in several times to one place on horizon ridge and they eventually told me there was nothing they could do. So I decided to take my phone here. Within less than 1 min, a guy called Jean came out and told me it works and could fix it in 15 min. Not only they could fix it so fast (though the other place was supposed to "try everything they could do") but also Jean was so polite and professional! Third time this year and still the same great service and finished product! My daughter was able to destroy my phone, needing to replace the LCD screen, which I thought meant having to purchase a new phone, but thankfully, Wireless Phone Medics was able to assist! My phone looks brand new and they were able to do it in twenty minutes! My son and hubby completely cracked their screens beyond repair. We had gone to the repair kiosks at Galleria mall and it hasn't been as amazing as the Wireless Phone Doctors. I am the biggest cluts in the world and I have dropped my phone multiple times, more times than I can count. I've actually cracked my phone a few times times and the first time that I did I would look everywhere for the cheapest place and I never found anything. Everywhere was STARTING at 150 and I found it so ridiculous. I was so lucky to find this place. It's a little out of the way for me so I go to their rainbow location but it's so worth it. My screen has been cracked since the iPhone 6 came out and I am so happy to finally get it fixed. I'm from LA and everywhere I've been getting my screen fixed was way over a bill. Service was fast. I barely ever write reviews but it's my second time coming here so I just had to leave one. Last month I brought in my Iphone 5c completely chipped (literally) and obviously screen shattered they charged 35 ( w/ credit card or debit extra charge of 3$ more, bring cash! ) lol Anyways my Iphone was returned good as new with reasonable price. Keep in mind it was labor work since I had the screen replacement already. Today I brought my Ipad absolutely shattered even the frame was ruined, charged $40 (labor work) since again I had the replacement, THEY seriously left my devices working without NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER and the employees there, very friendly and quick! Found these guys on Yelp and were the closest place with decent reviews coming from Boulder City.  I dropped my iPhone zip lining and busted the hell out of screen.  The gentlemen fixed it for $69 + $3 credit card fee.  I'm especially grateful how fast it was fixed while I was in a bind.As a suggestion I would probably just eliminate your credit card fee altogether...and just call that the cost of doing business.  Many people get offended by that because we are in a virtual world of credit and debit cards now.  No one really carries cash anymore.  Anyway, great service and was only saddened I couldn't by a new iPhone case as well for my phone; they only had iPhone 6 cases.  Would come back. I went last week because I had a significantly distracting crack in my iPhone 5c screen! I purchased the groupon for 60$ to fix it, when I went it was ridiculously busy and I was asked to come back and that was the biggest downfall of this place if you're coming in as a customer. But I left and came back and when I did the service wasn't the greatest but the man was alone and he fixed my phone screen in under 20 mins. They took the iPad my wife tried to fix it herself and wound up mutilating the entire thing from glass to back, and they brought it back to life. .. For 90 bucks we got it basically factory refurbished. They should be called Phone repair HOUDINI'S!!!!! They are the only repair service we will ever use. I had called around to mostly all of the cell phone repair shops in Vegas and this place had the cheapest price for fixing the lcd screen on my galaxy S4. I was a walk in and my phone was ready within an hour. They have friendly customer service and I felt welcomed. My lcd screen is almost like new except the lighting is dimmer then before but being that it was totally blacked out when I came in I am still happy with the outcome.
