We came up to Flagstaff from Phoenix & saw Wil's Grill on the way up to Snow Bowl & decided to try his BBQ. The best BBQ chicken sandwich I have had! !! It was moist, juicy & flavorful! Wil's Grill was awesome for my daughter's Sedona wedding. They err on the side of caution and get there extra early, which took a great element of stress away from the family! The food was delicious they did the catering for both the Rehearsal Dinner and the Wedding Dinner, the guests were raving about the food! They wore their masks and served the food. This is a small business company, you're going to get great service. These young men went way above and beyond. They catered a college graduation party for us with 60 guests. The food was unbelievable.
I can't tell if my favorite was the brats, brisket, or mac & cheese.
The amazing thing was, they graduated the same day and were catering their own party too. They didn't miss a beat and everyone at our party was very impressed with the food.

Slow smoked meats, internationally flaired, grilled and smoked items.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Everything is personal... You speak with the owner and chefs directly to design a menu for you.
What do you love most about your job?
I love providing an atmosphere around food... an energy that is undeniable and contagious. Making someones event that much more special has kept us going this long!
What inspired you to start your own business?
First off, probably my dad. Then, my travels. Street food and a passion for home cooking and quality led me to start my business. After that, creativity, determination and a love for what I do.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are not just any old banquet caterer with a no-name salesman selling a generic menu. We are a family business trying to feed other families the best food and experience of their life!
