I am a fully-licensed professional counselor (LPC). I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family System Theory. I have received additional training in EMDR, which is an evidence-based treatment for trauma as well as other disorders, such as depression and anxiety. I am also trained in Gottman Couples Method Therapy. It not only helps couples resolve conflict and improve communication but also helps rebuild the friendship and passion that too often goes cold in the relationship. In 2018 I decided to start my own solo practice in Frisco after having worked for a counseling group in north Dallas. With the counseling group my fee was $150 for 50 minutes of individual counseling and $180 for couples counseling. At my solo practice I have lowered my regular fee to $125 for a 50-minute session, whether individual or couples. Please keep in mind that I am a fully-licensed LPC with years of experience and specialized training; I am not a "life coach" or an LPC-Intern/Associate or LMFT-Associate. Also, I now have online counseling as an option through Telehealth.

I can offer you a free 15-minute phone consultation to talk about what is going on with you and for me to address any questions or concerns you have. There will be no pressure to book a session with me. If you feel like I'm not a good fit for you I can serve as a resource to help you team up with a counselor you feel good about.
