Paula Bruce has been seeing me for five years, or maybe even longer now, and quite literally saved my life.
Attentive, a good listener who provides proper solutions but also isn’t afraid to tell you when you are apart of the problem.
Unbelievably affective in whatever form of therapy she’s given me, I owe her a lot.
Has helped me gain power over my own self.

What do you love most about your job?
No matter where you are now, there is a way to find your purpose, your joy, and your spark. I am passionate about helping others be who they truly are and to recognize their gifts. Whether you just need some guidance through a difficult situation or are seeking help out of darkness, I am committed to finding what works for YOU.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I became a substance use disorder counselor in 2008. Went back to school to get my bachelor’s and master’s degree and graduated in 2014 from Argosy University with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I have been working in the field of therapy, trauma, and addiction for over 20 years. I have had various roles including administrative, psychiatric technician, case manager, substance abuse counselor, and therapist.
I have walked through my own journey of being completely lost to discovering my soul and my true essence. I began living with purpose and joy.
Why should our clients choose you?
I won’t expect you to do anything I haven’t done myself!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
My office is located in SLC, UT. I offer online sessions for clients living outside of the Salt Lake area. As a professional, I prefer in person when possible because it brings greater connection in the therapeutic relationship.
