There are no words in the human language to describe how wonderful their food is! The wood-fired bread bowls alone are amazing, but the lamb split pea soup I’m pretty sure is made with magic!

The food is fantastic. Today I had the whole trout and the smoked trout chowder. They were perfect. Finished them off with a one sweet bite. This place is worth the trip

This place is delicious. If you're in Portland, check them out. Our faves were the lamb tartare and the whole roasted trout.

These people just earned themselves two loyal customers. Totally blown away by their "adult hot pocket" or the "Lamb roast en croute leg of lamb, fresh peas, roasted spring veggies" to be more specific.

Love this little spot. Its super charming and they have managed to make you feel as though you are eating at a sweet secret spot in the woods. The bread is amazing, and it has the most satisfying crust. We had the smoked trout chowder bowl and I will dream of it until we meet again. Love the feel here and love the food. More...

We tried Wild North for the first time yesterday. We will definitely return. I tried the smoked trout chowder. Now I'm not usually that fond of trout as I think it is too soft, but the chowder was amazing, Just the right amount of smokiness and such amazing flavor. I will definitely get this again. We got the Roasted Lamb for my son, and he raved about it and wouldn't share. They only had one portion left so we'll have to return so we try it. I tasted my husbands lamb shank and split pea soup and it too, was outstanding. I liked my roasted beet root and would order that again too. The menu is small, but what they do is exceptional!
