What’s your signature dish?
Crispy Pork belly with a Latin American Slaw. The Paella we make is also excellent.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Most of the process of comes directly from communicating with our clients. We can only deliver the very best when we understand what our clients want and envision for their special event. We take that information and then create a menu based on our representation of that special vision.
What do you love most about your job?
We love bringing an emotional connection with food. We do not want to just feed a crowd, we want to create memories.
What inspired you to start your own business?
People want to be heard and connect with community. We love to do this through our cooking.

We are a result of Covid-19. All our practices for on-site and remote work were built with CDC advisories in place. We are also fully vaccinated.
