This being my 1st time with a trainer, I wasn't sure what to expect. Chad has been comfortable to work with, pushed me into heavier weights then I thought possible, which is what I need to gain strength.
His wealth of knowledge in all thing related to his training is impressive.

Working with weights can be challenging and discouraging. While training with Chad I was able to push my limits and lift more then I thought I ever could. He encouraged me, guided and corrected my form. I was stuck at a Plato in my weight and just in a matter of two weeks I loss 4lbs. I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by giving them a tailored road map on how to get to the end result. I also provide the external push and motovation that is needed to progress. I am not a trainer that is going to allow you to be lazy in the gym. I will push you. You will be mad at me at times. You will go through some pain. But you will also grow, achieve your goals, and see major results, and thank me for it in the end. I promise!

Hard work. Dedication. Perseverance. Small yet simple daily choices. You have to be willing to say "NO" to the foods that you sometimes want. You have to choose this as a lifestyle, not as a hobby. Or your results will not be everlasting. That is the secret to sucess in anything. Make your golas your priority. Period.

I love that I can help you achieve the body you deserve. I used to work in landscaping, and there was nothing more rewarding than starting with an undesirable piece of property, and transforming it into a beautiful landscape. Now I do the exact same thing as a Personal Trainer, only I am helping you to scupt a masterpiece which is your dream body. I am still a landscaper, only now the Transformation takes place on a more meaningful project. You. How can I not fall in love with that?

I like to make my own rules and not be bogged down by somebody else's perception of what should be done. I want the freedom to help others in any way that is beneficial. Most of the Big Box gyms only want your $. To upsell you on their supplements, and get you to sign up for more training seasions. Not me. I truly want to help people by doing whatever that takes. If we start training and I realize we are not a good fit, Ill send you to another trainer that you would fit with. By being an Independent Contractor, I make the rules that are based off the clients needs, not off of sales.

People should choose me because I have done it. I have walked down the road of obesity. I have tried the newest and coolest Fad Diet of the month, and never had lasting results. I have gone from being overweight, to sickly looking with no muscle mass, back to being overweight again. I've done all of the unhealthy YoYo dieting, and have come back from them. I have educated myself on how to help people achieve their goals. Whatever those maybe. Weight loss, Bodybuilding, firming up, gaining strength, rehabilitation from an injury, mobility, healthy meal choices, or just wanting to get up and moving around. A body in motion stays in motion. I actually care about your sucess. That is why you should choose me. Plus, I choose you.

Yes. I can provide you with on-line services. They will include a tailored meal plan, a progressive workout program, weekly check-ins, & supplementation recommendations. You have to be dedicated to the process and to self change. On line training is not for those that need the extra push in the gym. It is for those that are driven by thier own motivations and goals of change.

Follow all gym Covid rules. I follow all clients preferences as well. I also just started Training out of Snap Fitness on South Hill and Medical Lake gyms. Feel free to come and see me up there!

You can not out work a bad diet! If you are going to be putting in the work in the gym, it needs to be accompanied with hard work on the plate as well. I will tailor a meal plan to will help you achieve your fitness goals. And I will give you supplement recommendations as well.

I will design a workout program that will go hand and hand with your fitness goals. From strength training, Bodybuilding, endurance training, cardio, etc... My workout programs are designed to progress weekly, so that you continue to get results.
