We needed someone to look after our bearded dragons while we went on a 12 day trip, and Terry was a lifesaver. He came over for a meet n greet about a week before we left. He'd never taken care of bearded dragons before, but was great with them. He sent us pictures and videos everyday and made sure our babies got some outside time and lots of good food. We were very nervous to leave them behind, but Terry was very communicative and we had no worries the whole time we were gone. Excellent service with much love and care!We were looking for a reliable, professional and caring pet service for our puppy back in 2014. We had gotten a referral to While You'r Away services from a local ad. We met with Eleanor and knew right away that she would be a great fit for our family. Eleanor has helped us with daily visits, walking, playing and feeding our dog, and has also stayed extended periods of time for vacations. It has been an absolute pleasure having Eleanor, and Harold when convenient, take care of our sweet Keiko. I receive texts with pictures when she is taking care of him to share and reassure us that he is being taken care of. Eleanor has taken care of my dog Mitzy for several years and we are extremely pleased with her services...She is caring and very helpful and does an excellent job. We have been having While You'R Away services take care of our our dog since he was about 5 months old...he's almost 3 years now. Eleanor is wonderful! She is extremely reliable, pleasant and professional. Our sitter canceled 2 days before we left for our trip. I called WYAS anf they were able to watch my 2 two dogs and cat for a week at the last minute. Met the sitter the next day and the dogs loved Harold; they even gave us waivers and their insurance/bonding info. Harold sent us pictures and updates the entire time.
