WAMF signature dish is the sous vide short ribs with French beans tossed in cambozola and pecans and the branzino with beurre blanc and potato confit.
The most loved dessert is the goat cheese cheesecake with peach reduction. This cheesecake is my best seller and is topped with dehydrated apricots and honey pistachio dust.
