Dedication over Motivation.
Motivation comes and goes but you need to stay dedicated no matter what.
What do you love most about your job?
Definitely, when a client reaches their goal and we start discussing their next goal that they never even thought was possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My slight "hero complex." I want to help as many people as possible and that's not a bad trait for a Trainer. I say "slight" because I recognize that I won't be able to spread myself too thin and still be able to help people the way that they need.

There is a lot of misinformation out in the world. There are a lot of people that don't really want to help, they just want your money. I consistently strive to further my education. I consistently strive to make sure my clients are successful in whatever goal they set.
