Started by my father, Chef Robert Hessler, What's Cooking was passed down to me in the Fall of 2016. I am no stranger to the world of professional cooking. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 18 years, doing every job from dishwasher, prep cook to line cook, barback and bartender, to bar manager, to head chef, general manager, and then eventually restaurant owner. I am eager and excited to take something my father started and put my own unique twist on it.
I love to cook, it is my passion. Whether it’s for friends & family, parties, or for business, I love to prepare food for people to enjoy. Kitchens and food bring people together. I have spent half of my life in kitchens and I learned how to make delicious food for people to enjoy with one another.
There is no party to small but there are parties that are too big! I tend to stick with 75 person events and smaller. I not only want my clients to have a wonderful time and enjoy the food, but I also like to focus and give my food the attention it deserves. I provide everything that I need to complete the job (cutting boards, serving platters, pots & pans, utensils, etc.) I do not provide tables, chairs, linens, plates, flatware, cups, etc.
Servers, bartenders, cocktail waitress are available.
