I had a turkey sandwich on a pumpernickel bagel it was pure heaven made perfectly!! I always get a everything bagel with cheese and bacon with veggie cream cheese! Yum yum yum!

I've been a loyal western bagel customer since 94'! My Daddy taught me right, lol. I've never had a bad bagel here. My favorite these days is the everything jalapeño cheese bagel, toasted with cream cheese, tomato, salt and pepper, open faced   Always perfectly baked, soft yet crispy, DELICIOUS!

The best  bagels in  the USA bar none. Best egg, salt, onion, poppy seed and all others  with many choices  of spreads and coffee. We have loved  Western Bagel for many year. Oh yes, Western Bagel has become better and better with each visit. Service has always been great, I usually see different people working but everyone is friendly or at least attentive and works fast. I've been at different times throughout the morning between 5am and 8am and at various crowd levels, but I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my food.Last time I ordered a cheese bagel with lox spread that was delicious! A cripsy cheese bagel with soft interior and full of creamy cream cheese and savory smokey salmon!This recent trip I received the Bagel Brad offer for a $4 turkey bagel a la egg and I decided to add cheddar cheese and lox spread (think of it as a smoke salmon eggs benedict!) Again a delicious bagel and spread, but WOW do they pile on the turkey! There was so much turkey on this it's more than what most sandwich places give you for a 6inch sub. The greatest bagel on the west coast. A must have. Been going to this location since the 1980's. Granted, they haven't updated the building in a long time so it's a little grimey inside but the bagels make it all worthwhile. 24/7!

Wow first impressions are everything. Very highly satisfied with this placed. Have been meaning to check it out and so glad I did. Best bagel in town. I ordered the everything cheese and jalapeño bagel with cream cheese toasted and omg I devoured it so delicious. Can't wait to try it with fresh carved turkey from Boars Head... sitting the  looking so moist and ready to be carved and served up. A must try. Just messaged my husband bringing him here on a date. Moving back to Los Angeles from New York meant losing my precious daily bagel, courtesy of the bagel cart outside my apartment, but Western Bagel patches up that hole in my heart quite well. It's located in a large plaza and consistently churns out bagel varieties such as everything, onion, and blueberry, along with atypical versions like sourdough, jalapeno-cheese, and cinnamon crunch. I'm addressing the bagels themselves. I see they have many items for sale and even several odd flavors of bagels too. They are the place that the bagels are made so if you want the freshest REAL bagels made as they should be, well, it would be hard to find a better tasting bagel on the west coast.  Of course, this is my personal choice; I love the onion and long bialy, but for a bit of weird I'll ask for a couple of jalapeño bagels.  I've been coming here for thirty years and the consistency hasn't varied much, only the price. Customer service is quick and friendly. There's parking available 30 minutes to an 1 hour. This bagel spot also provides a sitting area and high chairs near window. There's a variety of bagels to choose from as well as a variety of cream cheese flavors. I am a simple person who wants a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese and jelly. $3.50 later I am sitting down enjoying my bagel and browsing through my phone. What more can you ask from a bagel spot? Well...because it'll be nice for them to maybe consider having a tv playing the news or if the tables were cleaned a bit more often. My 1st visit here. I was taken back for a few seconds. I wasn't sure what I wanted. Their large selection of bagels and busy morning was a little uncomfortable for me but once I was able to chose my bagels, I was happy and I must say truly the best bagels I've ever had.

Western bagel is conveniently located at the same plaza as several other shops. I came here after working out basically next doors. Once I saw that were open at 6:30am? Yes please!To be honest the bagel that I tried was only ok. I ordered the chocolate chip and unfortunately I could barely taste the chocolate. However my four stars are for their cream cheese! After going to school in New England finding flavored cream cheese as been a goal, and theirs is delicious! I tried the strawberry one and it really came through. I'd recommend giving them a try.
