What’s your signature dish?
Lamb Lollipops w/ Pumpkin Mole. Absolutely delicious. I also do variations of mole utilizing uncommon ingredients. I lived in Guadalajara, Jalisco and was able to learn from some incredible traditional Chefs.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The method that works best for me is to get to know the client. Taking the unknown out of the equation lets my guest feel secure and confident in their selection of cuisine. I want my clients to feel as if they are a guest at their own party.
What do you love most about your job?
Making memorable experiences and having my guests enjoy themselves at their party and not have to manage the experience themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like working one on one with my clients and having the flexibility and freedom to create a lasting memory.

With over 20+ years in the food industry my experience encompasses all arenas of the food industry. Level 2 Sommelier, FOH Operations, Serv Safe Manager, Culinary School Instructor, and an active member in the food community. I really enjoy what I do and it shows in my food and service.
