As a holistic psychologist, wellness coach, and meditation teacher, I have a passion for all things wellness. I love sharing tools, information, and resources to help women transform their lives in all areas.

My journey to wellness began 20 years ago when I was a stressed-out teacher trying to figure out how to manage the day to day stresses of being in a classroom with middle school students. I loved the profession but quickly realized that teachers have a habit of caring for everyone but themselves.

After years of trying different fad strategies to manage my personal health and wellness, I developed an interest in psychology and understanding why I kept repeating the same unhealthy behaviors but expected a different result. Some people call that insanity, lol. I just call it a fixed mindset and limiting beliefs. Years later I become a psychologist and began to focus on healing myself in a holistic way.

When I understood the power of taking care of my mind, body, and spirit, it transformed my life. Now, I want to share the many tools and strategies that I have used to transform my life with women all over the world. As women, we tend to put ourselves last, and that is a recipe for a hard life. You can live a happy, healthy life while taking care of yourself and others. Let me show you how.

A safe space will be created for you to explore topics specific topics such as coming out, gender identity, relationship issues, family issues and work related issues. I have years of experience coaching the LGBT community in individual, couples and premarital coaching.
