Susan Tait has been my trainer for 9 years which has changed my life in a most positive way. She was recommended by a long time friend who has tried a number of coaches and was in a position to know the best. She had both the breadth of knowledge and experience to help me achieve my goal of weight loss, keeping it off, and living a healthy lifestyle. Susan’s approach is collaborative and she listens to me. Each session is structured around how I feel that day, what I did during the week, my goals, and making each session a success. I always feel betterafter each session and motivated to continue my activities at home.

My weight loss goals were met - I lost 30 pounds; and thanks to her encouragement and sharing her knowledge about current health and wellness research, I have kept that weight off for 7 years.

Even more important-Susan is the complete package. She helps her clients understand why they are working on becoming stronger and fitter, their actions are pointed toward positve life-style changes for life.

I've been working with Susan since moving to Florida six months ago and I have seen amazing results in that time. I have never felt stronger or healthier. Susan is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. She makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. I worked with Susan for over 10 years before moving out of state. Susan is unique because she does not train for one specific thing but rather for the overall individual. For example, teaching nutrition is part of her training because she knows that it is obviously part of the equation to making life-style changes.

Susan mixes up the routines-indoors, outdoors, park, beach, pool - to always keep it interesting. And she encourages workouts that do not require allot of equipment for travel home, and office, with the goal of always being able to workout successfully no matter where. She keeps detailed notes of the sessions so that she is always aware of both the clients current progress and history. I have never found a more well rounded or enjoyable training experience since Susan. I would recommend her individuals of any age or capacity because she tailors sessions based on the individuals needs.



I also recommend her book ", Wellness is Your Wealth , Ignite Your Inner Power with the 8 Elements of Wellness “, to start your wellness journey. I highly recommend it.

I can’t say enough about her fun and personal, but professional and science based training that will change your life.

I recommend Susan very highly !

When I was in my early 40s, my wife gave me an Susan’s introductory package as a birthday present. My wife said my response was it was the worse present I ever got. (Spoken like a true couch potato ). Well, I could not have been so wrong; it was actually life changing. I continued training with Susan for 25 years till she moved to Florida. I can truly say I am in better shape now in my 60,s than in my early 40s. I enjoy life a lot more.

I had always enjoyed the great outdoors , but never did anything adventurous because I was not fit enough. In the last quarter cetury, I have taken extended hiking trips to the Rookies, Nepal, Tanzania, and Scotland.

So how did Susan help with this ? The first thing Susan did was to teach me how to increase my fitness without injuring myself. She taught me the nuts and bolts about how to properly lift weights and more . That was the easy part.

Much more importantly, she increased and maintained my motivation to be fit.

In short , Susan was a huge boon to my life.Obviously , it takes two to tango. You can’t count on Susan to do it alone. You have to make the committment yourself, as well.

I was looking for someone to teach me how to use my backyard pool for exercise. Susan was the first trainer I contacted and I am so glad that I did.

Early on she showed me that there is so much more to good fitness than doing a few exercises in the water. She is a wealth of information and shows you how to adopt overall fitness goals that include nutrition, physical activity and mental attitude. She is more aware of my physical condition than I am and tailors my workouts to my current level.

I also appreciate that fact that she teaches me several strategies for exercising. To paraphrase her words" it shouldn't be a yes or no answer to the question of will I exercise today, but a question of which type of exercise will I choose to do today A,B, or C".

I wholeheartedly recommend Susan to anyone who is looking to improve their overall health and fitness. I'm glad that I found her.
