Q&As

In your first 45-60 minute psychotherapy/counseling session, we will discuss what is bothering you in order to assess your needs and plan out goals for your therapy/counseling treatment. Our goal is to provide you with the tools necessary to solve the problems you are facing, communicate effectively, handle your stress healthily, and to focus on your own emotional needs.

The best way to ensure effective treatment is to incorporate the skills you learn in therapy into your every-day life; our program includes this crucial aspect of psychotherapy/counseling treatment.

At The Wellness Center your time is important to us. We give you the flexibility to choose whether you would like to participate in 45-60 minute or 30 minute sessions. We understand that everybody is different and we offer flexibility in how often you choose to attend counseling. Typically patients come in weekly for sessions, though some come in multiple times a week, while some only come in on an as needed basis. We will work with you to determine the therapy/counseling schedule that makes sense for you.

Services

At Wellness Counseling Center, we will be focused and working with you privately every step of the way. We are deeply committed to helping you identify your negative cycle, remove blocks that keep you apart and then finally, connect with your partner and learn how to pay close attention to your relationship.

People in distressed relationships rarely want to leave their partner; they want things to be better. You may want to go back to the way things used to be but most often, people want their relationship to be peaceful, richer, deeper and more meaningful. This takes work and for those who want to do the work, we have a plan.
