I spent a little over a year going to therapy with Lindsay, and working with her has been one of those most important events in my adult life for improving my happiness. She's a knowledgeable therapist, a close listener, and a kind person.  She's familiar with many modalities for working with depression and anxiety - which is great, since not every treatment works for every person. She also takes a holistic approach, as we practiced both mental and physical tools for calming the mind.Lindsay works with you to make a plan, but is also comfortable being flexible on days where you have a lot to talk about.  I couldn't recommend her more highly.If you've been suspecting you have some depression or anxiety - even if you think it's mild - do your health a favor and try therapy. It may be the thoughts resisting therapy are the same ones causing the depression and anxiety - and they're just not worth believing. More...

As a previous client, I can say this wonderful young lady brought me to a place of peace & understanding of my daughter's ADHD. We were guided to accept & smoothen out all our concerns to deal w/ all of my daughters issues in the best way for her. She is not broken. She is not being difficult or rebellious. She is not incompetent. She just does things differently with her own set of challenges. We, as her parents need to educate ourselves & support her in the ways she needs us to. Lindsey, was our way to the light. She was tender yet firm. Understanding yet honest. She didn't candy coat or point fingers. Never made me feel like I was doing things wrong. She has a gift of compassion & relating. She if full of suggestions & ideas exactly when I was stumped. This is her specialty. She is ideal to help w/ all family issues. I highly recommend her! Lindsay is a friendly, personable & intelligent therapist who made me feel comfortable from the first time we had a session. Her insights helped me to sort through a lot of issues, and change my perspective in a very positive way in my day to day life. One of the more unique things I learned about was how to recognize emotional responses in my body and how to use simple breathing exercises to deal with anxiety.
