I have been to Miami many times before but let me tell you my most recent trip was like no other! I'm so happy I found Ryan and We Own South Beach! Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic, they were able to help make my 40th birthday special and super memorable. All of their suggestions were on point from the limo, to the resort and suite, to the yacht and food catering, to the lounge, to the restaurants and even to the personal chef! We never had to worry about anything. Everything was taken care of and I even had a dessert waiting at every restaurant we visited compliments of Ryan! I can say so much about Ryan and his team. They were all awesome! Super perfessional however personable to where you feel like you are working with friends. Ryan was also very easy to get in contact with. He always responded quickly to any questions I had no matter the time of day and made me feel like I was his only client. I had a great experience working with Ryan in planning a bachelorette weekend! He was referred to me by my Airbnb host and not having been to Miami before I’m so glad I had his assistance to make it the best weekend possible! From booking dinner restaurants and club tables to pool parties, he made it all happen. I told him the key things we were interested in doing and he gave me the best recommendations and handled the reservations. We surprised the bride with a 4ft tall cutout of her face (that Ryan provided) and it was amazing! They paraded it through the restaurant and brought it to our table with complimentary shots and sparklers. She was so surprised and she loved it! I agonized about what to do for my sister's bachelorette party. Finally, I called Ryan, and he solved everything! He gave me ideas about how to set up the day. Ryan went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He helped my fiancée put finishing touches on a surprise proposal with the most perfect restaurant recommendation, a luxury car rental, roses, champagne and strawberries sent to the apartment (with only a tiny bit of notice)! !! The apartment is stunning, sooo clean, and has everything you need for a beach get away. The location is right on the beach and just off Lincoln ave which had great shops, cafes, and places to hang out in. Look no further and stay here! These guys are absolutely amazing! My girlfriend contacted WeOwnSouthBeach to plan my Birthday weekend & I can honestly say “This was my Best Birthday ever! ” Ryan, the owner of WeOwnSouthBeach personally assisted in booking our nightclub outing at Mynt where we were welcomed with fun Birthday decorations, a direct walk-in to our table(without waiting in line) and I was so surprised with a humongous foamboard cutout of my face! All I have to say is wow!!!! RYAN literally made our trip! He is so passionate about his work it’s not even a joke. I arrived a bit early and saw him in action he sprang so much time and effort to ensure everything was perfect for my buddies bachelor party! He was so nice to even throw in a ton of extras at the house and got us some last min accommodations and connections that were key to making the trip. I was in Miami with a group of 10 girls for my sister’s bachelorette party.. I was fortunate enough to come across We Own South Beach while searching for promoters online. Ryan spoke with me over the phone and explained all our options and discussed the rates with me - While in Miami, Ryan was able to accommodate all our needs and provide suggestions for everything that we needed. We had decided to book Rockwell with Ryan on Wednesday night... upon our arrival to the club Ryan welcomed us and showed us to our table- the table was decorated in everything team bride! The champagne bottles had pictures of my sister and her fiancé on them and he also had a large cutout of my sister waiting for us at the table!! They set me up with my stay at the fountain bleau for my honey moon and had the bed set up with rose pedals in the shape of a heart, chocolate covered strawberries, champagne with our faces on them as well as mini wedding dress and tuxedo on the bottles. What a great house and a great time! We rented the house for a football weekend and it worked out perfectly. The great location put us close enough to South Beach while also offering our own private oasis to kick back and have fun. The house was clean and handled our large group well. The bedrooms were spacious and the combination of indoor and outdoor living spaces gave everyone some room to breathe. Thanks We Own South Beach for an Epic experience! This was my first time in Miami (over the age of 21) I wanted to make sure everything was organized correctly & I heard great things about We Own South Beach after doing some research. The owner of the company, Ryan gave us great advice & set up the perfect night for my sister’s Birthday celebration. There were custom balloons that matched my sister’s outfit when we first arrived at the club! He made us all feel extremely safe & well taken care of. We had a giant face of my sister brought out in the club & it was hilarious! Everyone loved it & we were able to take the big face back to our hotel and enjoy it for the entire weekend! Such Amazing photo opps! The club we went to was Mynt & it was awesome, we felt like rock stars & had such an incredible time! Ryan walked us right into Mynt and bypassed the entire line then hosted us for the night. Next time I'm in Miami, I will definitely set everything up via We Own South Beach! I would highly recommend We Own South Beach to anyone looking to take their celebration to the next level! They provide superior service and offer numerous ways to enhance your South Beach experience! I contacted Ryan at 10pm on a Friday night and needed suggestions on where to celebrate my best friend's Bachelor party. Ryan suggested an amazing club located within walking distance to our hotel. Since he owns a printing company as well, his team was able to print out a giant big face of my friend and have it paraded in the club. They also had the champagne bottles we ordered decorated as the bride & groom from the pictures I provided him. The look on the Bachelor's face was priceless & everyone in our party had an Amazing time! I couldn't believe how fast Ryan & his team were able to put everything together. Definitely recommend!! As a Family of 4, I wasn’t sure how we could stay within budget & have all ours needs met, while staying in Miami Beach. Ryan with WeOwnSouthBeach went above & beyond to accommodate us! We saved hundreds of $$$ by booking with WeOwnSouthBeach. It was important for us to stay within walking distance of the Beach, Lincoln Road Mall, restaurants & still be able to enjoy an upscale family friendly pool. We truly felt like VIP during our stay. Ryan was always available to answer all of our questions & gave us suggestions of places to visit & dine during our stay. We even received discounts on restaurants, such as Mayas Grill. GREAT EXPERIENCE! This is my second time booking with #WeOwnSouthBeach and this review is way overdue. My family loved the Flamingo suite the first time around, and the second time returning with my fiancé on Memorial Day Weekend was truly special. Ben guided us on where to eat/ chill every night, where the local hotspots were and even came through with the barbershop tip. The condo was super clean with incredible oceanside views and actually quite spacious for a 1 bedroom! The service we received was second to none, and they made us feel super welcome. We Own South Beach was our night in shining armor when we were in crisis mode. In October 2016, we were scammed for a Miami Beach rental home leaving 10 people with no place to stay for the week during a conference when everything was booked. I called We Own South Beach and they came to our rescue at 8pm! I couldn't believe they picked up the phone, but by 10pm we had a place to stay and it was even nicer than we had hoped for. I know because they provided me, the groom and the rest of the groomsmen and friends with a beautiful white, elegant home on the Venetian Islands in Miami. They view was amazing and the space was more than accommodating. You receive an entire experience from WeOwnSouthBeach. If there is anything you may want to do, they most likely know how to make it work for you. They recommended places and restaurants. They provided pool access. The house is a 10 minute drive to the beach and Miami strip (Collins Ave). Our experience wouldn't have been the same using another hospitality service.
