We Mind Body Spirit

My experience of Wendy Elliott's training has been a transformative process. She introduces the craft of somatic psychotherapy through a lens of limitless possibilities. Her holistic style is evidenced by the strength of her attunement and relative response(s). When I initially participated in Wendy's trainings, I was a novice to psychotherapy and, admittedly, my primary resource was a cognitive, analytical mind. But, her attentive invitations to explore and integrate the spiritual, mindful, somatic processes were all inclusive. Old schemas challenged by a compassionate accompaniment of empathy. Subtle shifts communicated by the softening of somatic cues. She continues to inspire me by her depth, experiential teaching process, and emphasis on creative curiosity. More...
