What do you love most about your job?
I love working and playing with computers. But I really love to help others enjoy their own computers more. Whether that comes from removing malware, viruses, etc. or replacing an LCD panel on a laptop, or just running general maintenance to clean it all up, it's all good. Faster, nicer, prettier computers = happy customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I liked working with computers and spent a lot of time tearing mine apart and putting it back together to tweak things. My wife encouraged me to do it for others.

I'm honest. I do excellent work. I'm trustworthy.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, to a certain extent. If the computer is bootable, I can have the customer use Quick Assist (built into Windows 10). I can remote in after that.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Haven't had much business during this Covid pandemic, but the ones that I have helped, I made sure to wear gloves when exchanging materials, kept my mask on, made sure when I was finished with their machine that I thoroughly cleaned it and then handed it back with gloves on.
