Best place in the world for dogs. I take our lab there for day care time to time and the only place I will board her when going out of town. My dog, Max, gets super excited the second we pull into the parking lot. Comes home exhausted from play (yeah, they get all the energy out of a 1 year old dog). Great way to socialize the dog and owners are the best animal people you will ever meet. They offer all types of services including full grooming (our dog hates getting nails done, but she sits still for them). They even get Christmas gifts for their regulars and I am blown away with the quality and specialization including her name embroidered. I can be a high maintenance customer, but I rate them ten stars out of five. Finally, the value is incredible. The quality care and comfort far exceeds any other daycare/boarding place I have used, but the cost is same to less than others. More...

Watch My Wags was a life saver when I had to make last minute reservations during the holidays. My two pups, Pauly and Silas, were given great care during their stay. They were happy and excited when I picked them up and had so much fun they had to take a nap when they got home! Thank you so much for giving my pups an extra special holiday! I LOVE WMW so much! 5 stars hands down. My almost 2 year old, 50lb Border Mix has boarded here overnight several times and loves it! We have been other places and he was always hesitant to go in and pulled back, which broke my heart! But at this location, his tail wags at drop off! I recently just discovered that they offer grooming services. I decided to try them out since we spend $90 at Petsmart. Not only were they quick to fit us in on short notice, they were able to accommodate an earlier pick up. They were kind about it, too. When my dog came home he looked AMAZING! Summer months hit him hard in NC. His fur requires a lot of lovin'. He looked so polished, smelled amazing, and most of all happy! I would absolutely recommend Watch my Wag to anyone looking to board their fur baby or in search of a fabulous groomer! More...

Kathy (trainer) was excellent. Helped us tremendously and was always positive and friendly with both ourselves and our dog. A very nice, clean, friendly and professional boarding facility. Very easy registration and reservation process on the web. I like that they are open on weekends for pick up and drop off. They always treat our bulldog with the highest level of care and supervision. WMW also offers grooming, daily walks, and play time. We made a last minute reservation and then extended it by an additional night. They were super accommodating all around.  They had our dogs with them for two days total. Our pups came back in good spirits and surprisingly, didn't smell like they had been in a kennel.Further, after a miscommunication concerning the remainder of our dog food, the owner got directly involved and helped us solve the issue almost immediately. I absolutely love Watch My Wag! My German Shorthair Pointer, Sadie loves going to day play 2-3x a week. She always comes home wiped out (which if you know the breed that is a great thing haha). Before I met Vrnda, I was at my wits end. Our Saint Bernard was destructive, disobedient, and to be quite honest, crazy. By the time I got to Watch my Wag, I had already been through another trainer, I felt hopeless, and was one step away from finding another home for our dog.Vrnda and her trainers put our pup through a rigorous training program and she is now a well adjusted member of our family (and we are all happy!).Watch My Wag is more than a boarding facility. They weren't just there for our dog . . . but they were there for our family when my son was born during the ice storm last year. Vrnda and her staff offer expert opinions of dog behaviors. Her facility is clean and well laid out. My neurotic Belgian Malinois and Blue pitbull were comfortable there whether for day care or overnight. For those that have long work schedules Vrnda is very helpful. I've been taking Chase here for grooming and occasional boarding for the last 3 years. It's always easy to get in and reasonably priced. I used to groom him at Petsmart but it was ridiculous expensive and tried boarding at several different places but once I started taking him to Watch My Wag I never went anywhere else. Our Sammi is so very happy that we found Vrnda and her staff! Sammi had experienced trauma prior to becoming a member of our family and we were unsure we would be able to deal with her skittishness and fear of us. We have been bringing Maggie to Watch My Wag going on at least three years now. Maggie is a rescue that has been abused, she can be aggressive and does not trust people. Vrnda has helped us learn how to deal with her behaviors. The staff have been great! We have had Maggie boarded and we also have her groomed there too. They do a great job on the grooming! We have been taking one of our dogs, Captain, who is a 4 y/o Old English Sheepdog, Aussie Mix, to Watch My Wag for day play about 3 times a week for the past two years+ because he has so much energy. We also board Captain with Vrnda and it has been great!About a year ago we decided to adopt a new dog, but we weren’t sure how the introduction would go with our crazy, hyper, herding dog. About a week before bringing our new dog home we brought her into Watch My Wag for an evaluation and introduction with Captain. Vrnda did the intro and said everything was appropriate for a first meeting and she gave me some tips for the first few weeks of Sharkie’s being in the house.When Sharkie came home we waited a day to bring Captain in, then with much trepidation let him come see Sharkie. He was the most calm and relaxed I have ever seen him - the perfect gentleman, which for him is AMAZING! They sniffed each other a little, then relaxed. Everything has gone really well with the two of them. We are really happy and amazed that it was so successful and I truly believe that it was Vrnda’s work that allowed for this.I highly recommend Watch My Wag for day play, boarding and, most importantly for new additions, an evaluation and possible introduction of any new dogs you plan to bring into your family to allow for a more smooth transition. I am not a novice dog owner, but I used to have a problem dog. Until I met Vrnda. My dog and I went to two 6 week sessions when he was a pup elsewhere, because I saw in him issues that I was concerned would be greater with age. He was attacked as a pup from a neighbor dog and thus was fearful of all dogs and became aggressive. I was afraid to take him out in public and he later became aggressive to people. My dogs FIRST session with Vrnda my husband and I could tell a big difference in him!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend her full heartily to ANYONE with dog issues. He goes to her for grooming as well. I have an awesome experience everytime I go there! We left all 3 of our dogs there for boarding while we were away getting married, they did awesome there and were fed on time and the staff even stays over night there to care for all the animals! I take all of my dogs there for grooming when needed and always a special touch! We have been taking our dog to Watch My Wag for about 6 months now and have had a very positive experience; so far, we have only used their day care services (so not extended days, but individual day play) and dog training. The staff is very friendly and willing to work with me when I need it, the facility is clean and they have been the most helpful with all of my new dog owner questions (especially when alarming incidents have come up that I don't know how to handle). I know and greatly appreciate that they stand firm on their policy that all dogs staying there must provide shot records. We did the basic level dog training class which was extremely helpful and intend to continue with classes soon; the staff is extremely knowledgable on dog behavior, training and health. More...

My dog loves this place. He gets so happy when we pull up. When we pick him up, he is exhausted from playing all day, which is fine by us. Their rates are very good, and you can see pictures of your dog throughout the day. The owner and her family take great care of the dogs, and have different play areas for dogs, so if you dog doesn't get along with a certain one, they can be moved. Awesome place. More...

I have taken my dog to Watch my Wag for grooming on two occasions. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience there. The facilities are very clean, which is refreshing because some of the other groomers I have been to in the area are disgusting. My dog used to whine a lot before being dropped of for grooming, but since I have been going to Watch my Wag she doesn't do that anymore, I can only assume she likes it as much as I do. And lastly the quality of the cut is well above other groomers in the area. They have a groomer that takes her time, and really takes pride in her work which is evident every time I pick up my dog.
