I reached out to Karen as we had a need of a walker for our dog as well as a dog sitter. Not only did she respond quickly to my request but made an appointment to do a formal "meet and greet " immediately ! She and Catherine  ( who works with her and would possibly be sitting for us ) showed up right on time and spent time asking about my dogs needs and likes while making both my puppy and I feel relaxed and at ease.  Karen is so caring and professional. Our dog took an immediate liking to her and willingly followed her commands  and guidance. I have had many pet sitters in the past and have never had someone as prompt and professional as Karen and her team. A true delight ! More...
