Wafaa helped me design and get building permits for converting my Garage to 450sq ADU. Her design were meticulous and captured all of our requirements. She followed-up quickly with the City and myself to ensure that comments from city were addressed and clarified and get permit as quickly as possible. Post permit, Wafaa also helped coordinating some nuances around building details with my contractors to make sure it adheres to construction laws.

One thing that Wafaa can help address future clients is to get permits end to end. In my case I had to print and visit city in person to get the permit. I'm sure this is something easier on her end to help the client with.
