Woody and his company had a good understanding of what we wanted from our addition/renovation and worked with us throughout the project to make sure the end result would be satisfactory. They were able to make decisions about needed or requested changes on the fly without consultation with the architect. They were pleasant, reliable, skilled and did the work within an acceptable amount of time. They did work a year or so later for a family member and the result was also very good. Woody is a master carpenter and equally matched when it comes to design in kitchen, bath, and room addition remodeling. He certainly isn't the cheapest but cheap isn't good, and good isn't the best. I give WD Osborne the highest recommendation possible. Work is progressing at a fast pace. They are more than half way through a major renovation of my 55 year old home and their work is exemplary.
