About

Hi! My name is Sarah and I'm a portrait photographer based in San Diego. I've been in love with photography my whole life and started up my own business 4 years ago, at just 17 years old. I provide portrait sessions for high school and college seniors, families, couples, pets, and will soon be adding infant photography to that list!

Q&As

Knowing your subject and how they want to be portrayed. Everyone has what they consider their "good side" and everyone has insecurities they would rather not show. Getting to know these things about your subject makes it easy to capture their favorite parts about themselves and provide them with photos you know they'll love.

What is your favorite thing about yourself?
What is your least favorite thing about yourself?

Meeting knew people and getting to be the one to preserve a special time in their life. It's priceless.

I've been in love with photography my whole life. The idea of making a career out of my passion was too good to pass up. :)

My system is very simple.
We'll meet for coffee and chat about life, I'll ask you some questions, you can ask me any questions you may have.
We'll talk about themes, locations, outfits, and all the people getting portraits taken.
We'll talk about policies, prices, and product.
We'll decide on a time and place for the session to take place as well as a back up date and location in case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances (Life happens. I'm always willing to reschedule if needed)
We'll have our crazy fun session, the next day you'll be tagged in a sneak peek post on VVC's Instagram and Facebook pages, then in 2-3 weeks you'll recieve and email with a link and code for Pixieset to download your photos.
You'll be able to look back at these photos for the rest of your life and remember the Good 'ol Days! ?
