My name is Matt Walters and I am the founder of Vitality. I decided to become a fitness coach after falling in love with strength training as youth. I went from a scrawny 90-pound weakling to an above average competitive athlete. Today I am a well built 61 year old that feels more like 41.
Through the years, I developed a passion for teaching others how to reach their fitness goals. Today I'm thrilled to share my skills and experience to help people in their later years, age "actively" with a superb quality of life.
There's nothing more rewarding then helping people age well. I know inactivity and poor nutrition will wreak havoc on our bodies especially in your older years. I want everyone to experience the "fountain of youth" that I have discovered through years of perseverance. I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

I came to Matt because my goals of having an active lifestyle in my approaching autumn years were not looking optimistic. Physical limitations were escalating faster than my body was used to, and my ambitious mind was ready for . My primary concern when I started working with Matt was that he had the knowledge and experience to make sure I didn't injure myself trying to get fit (I hadn't exercised in years).
