How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I work with clients to understand their event needs. Then I create a menu based from what I have learned from the client.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to create menus and dishes. I love the creativity that can be applied toward food. It is a lot of fun to experiment with new flavors and textures.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the catering industry for about 20 years. I am passionate about providing high quality food and service.
