Working with them was great from the very beginning.  Inside this unassuming building on Spencerville Road is a complete showroom. Jennifer was very helpful.  From our drawing she was able to estimate the cost to replace our  kitchen counters tops.  She also referred us to the amazing marble resource MSI  in Jessup where we could see  full slabs of the granite options and actually put one on hold. After they came out to make a template they did everything; disconnecting plumbing, removal & disposal of the counter top, providing the sink and faucet and reconnected the plumbing.  They did all of this for less than any of the "big box" retailers quoted  and they did it without sub-contracting any of the work (which all of the others do). No surprise that our 30 year old cabinets weren't level but they were able to solve that too at no additional cost.  Everything was done in a timely and professional manner while keeping everything around the work area clean.  You have to check them out! I will only use this company for all my needs...painting, cabinets, and counter tops.  Claudia is the office person and she is friendly, kind, helpful and quick with responses.  The workmen came well prepared and explained all they were going to do.  They showed up on time and kept my house very clean and neat.  The workmen even cleaned my mirror (they had to remove it to put the quartz countertops in the guest bathroom).  The price was reasonable and I will definitely use them again and tell anyone who needs this kind of work to call Victoria's Marble & Granite. I think they did a good job for a reasonable price. They told us it would be 3 to 5 weeks and they got it done within that time frame (if you adjust for delays caused by some damaged cabinets that were not their fault/responsibility). The workers were diligent and professional. We used them for a kitchen remodel (demolition of the old kitchen, repair where needed, installation of the new cabinets, new granite counters, moving the location of the kitchen sink, updating the electrical  etc.). We bought the cabinets from a separate provider and picked most of the various elements ourselves.  They tried to clean up and keep the dust to a minimum during the remodel and I think they were as successful as you can be for such a large project. The only thing I would change is the undercabinet lighting they chose and installed but guess what? No one else sees that but us.I think that the workers had a more realistic expectation of the time frame than the project manager did. He would tell us something would be done in a day or a week when it really would be a few days or a couple of weeks. Also, towards the very end of the project we had a few reschedulings (i.e. they had to reschedule or push back days they would be coming). That being said, they did not go over the far end of the timeline they had originally provided and compared to the many awful stories I've heard about contractors they were very good. I was pleased with the ultimate product. Our kitchen looks beautiful. We would use them again. More...
