Victoria is fantastic at what she does. She did my family photo shoot twice. I have two kids and my little one was only 1 (first time) and 2 y. o. (our second time we met). What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I highly recommend my clients to provide as many details about photo session as needed:
Is there minimum number of photos you want to be shot?
What style are you looking for?
How you’d like to be photographed: glamorous, classic, professional, casual, sexy?
If outdoor, on location what scene sounds best (beach, city park, downtown)? Or you prefer the studio location?
What do you love most about your job?
I remember how much fun I had working with people, capturing moments and emotions, seeing the look on their faces when they saw their own portrait and actually liked what they saw. To a large extent, this is still one of the things that I most love about photography… working with people and capturing moments and emotions so that they will not be forgotten.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my career as a fashion stylist, collaborating with different famous photographers, makeup artists and hair stylists. My work included developing stylish concepts, searching for the right outfits, assisting on the shoots for the commercials and clothing lines, and even shopping in Milan for the clients. At that time I started to take pictures to capture the ideas that were in my mind. Having moved to LA I decided to combine my knowledge in styling and photography to deliver my clients luxury photo sessions with classy and stylish images.
