How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
First, by creating a starting point, something that is measurable, so progress can be tracked.
Second, through personalized workouts that target each persons strength and weakness.
Third, through constant motivation and accountability, even outside of the workouts, being able to motivate someone and push them to be the best that they can be.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
A holistic lifestyle, incorporating everything together from fitness, to nutrition, sleep, and mental/emotional health. In regard to fitness, progressing each week to maximize results. Also, having healthy eating habits, eating the right amount of carbs, proteins, and fats.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to motivate people and help them to accomplish their goals. Its exciting to be able to plan out workouts that will not only push people but also will make exercise fun and exciting.
