What makes a great website?
We believe the key to a great website is simplicity. So many people tend to over develop their website and next thing you know you have a high bounce rate. Keep it simple, people want to come on your site, find what they are searching for easily and fast. Also, keep writing clear and concise and avoid walls of texts, nothing makes the modern user in this day and age click off a website faster than a wall of text. If someone is looking for a simple graphic tee they probably don't want to read a one page long essay on the string used to sew the shirt (unless its a niche product).
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?

2. What does your business want to be known for?
3. What do and don’t you need?
4. What are your expectations?
5. Is there an example you’ve seen that you like?
6. Who are the decision makers? (so we can make sure we streamline communication)

What do you love most about your job?
I love analyzing data and figuring out how to translate that data into ad campaign targeting strategy or design aspects of a website. Its interesting seeing how little tweaks can make a difference in how successful an ad campaign is or conversions on your website. Also, being able to help out other small business owners get a piece of the pie is really fulfilling. I remember when I started my first company not being able to generate good leads, because our competitor was a shark with big wallets and I remember feeling powerless and discouraged. However, now with digital marketing I can help small business owners who don't have massive budgets generate business using the powerful of social media and online advertising.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been interested in entrepreneurship, coming from a family of entrepreneurs it was something I always gravitated towards. Through out my life I always found myself somehow making a little business. Started out buying and selling phones on Ebay when I was so young I couldn't even drive myself to the post office to ship them. Then ended up starting a phone repair business out of my college dorm when I realized people would always break their phones when they went out to party. My first big business was a pavement striping and sealcoating company (yes spraying the lines in parking lots) . When we had to pivot and start learning how to use the internet as a way to generate business because we could not afford paid print advertising, I learned how advertise online and design websites etc. Eventually I decided to turn it into a full time business when I realized a lot of our clients weren't utilizing their digital platforms properly and the rest is history.

I want my clients to really understand the power of online advertising and enjoy the process and I encourage them to ask me any question no matter how ‘dumb’ their question may seem. I make it a point to personally respond to questions within a business day and I’ll spend whatever time is necessary to answer the question to my client’s satisfaction. We are also a boutique agency that values long term client relationships and we make sure we go above and beyond to deliver the best results we can for our clients.
