We have been using Vero for many of our family events, including baby showers, christening’s, and birthday parties. Although we did not find Vero on “Bark”, we are more than happy to share our experience with them. We were referred to Vero from a close friend. He recommended we contact them. I can say that from our first event to the last one we just had we have always had wonderful service and food. The menus are excellent, as well as the attention to detail for some of our relatives who have not only gluten allergies, but dairy allergies, as well as dietary restrictions. We’ve enjoyed our interaction with them as well as having them at our events. I can’t imagine not having them there as they somehow become an extended family! After speaking with 10 different event caterers, we decided on Vero. Executive chef, Taso Daniel and his team were on point from the first phone call to wrapping up our event at our house. We hosted our family Christmas party between family and friends we had approximately 75 people. First let me talk about the menu. The appetizers and finger food were absolutely perfect. Entrees were well seasoned and delicious. Chef Mike was on point, and made sure that all our guests were taken care of. We also had guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Chef inquired on preferences for those guests prior to our gathering and made special meals. John and Chris, two of the dietary restrictions were so pleased because at most gatherings, they really can’t eat much and for once they really enjoyed the cuisine. We found their service and food extremely reasonable compared to original quotes from other caterers. We will be using them for all our events and recommendations well earned. More...

We were looking for a caterer to service our mother‘s 70th birthday party. We received quotes from five different companies. Vero out of all of them stuck out as the best choice. Not only were they reasonably priced, they offered us options and truly spent time designing a menu and program that fit our event perfectly. When we spoke with Chef you could truly hear that they care about every small detail. Some of the other caterers seem very push through. We decided on having their staff here which included a chef and three servers. All the staff were professional and interacted very well with the guests. They were all pleasant, professionally dressed and all of the guests were attended to. I guess I will leave the best for last. The food was absolutely amazing. We decided on a variety of starters and finger food as people arrived to mingle during cocktail hour. The Four courses that we had were also amazing. We Enjoyed every bit of Vero, from their staff to every bite of their wonderful dishes. Hats off to you chef! You truly made mom’s birthday a wonderful experience! Vero Cucino Rustico is simply the best choice in the area for event catering, the food and the staff are amazing. We have had several events catered by the team with a variety of menu options and we have been pleased each time. The freshness and food quality is perfect and the variety of options are plentiful. The menu offers unique and excellent choices for both business lunch type events as well as amazing dinner solutions for entertaining large groups with impressive multi course meals. I would be remiss if I didn't rave about the home made breads and sauces (the Pesto and marinara are my favorites), You and your guests will feel like your in one of Europe's finest bistros from your first bite of an appetizer or special salad through your last bite of a decadent desert. What’s your signature dish?
It is very difficult to choose one of our dishes as a signature dish. When you create using various ingredients. We believe it is more important that cooking clean and enhancing the flavors to compliment the main ingredients. Create and respect the ingredients and you will always make a signature dish. Executive Chef Taso Daniel and his chefs have over 75 years combined experience, with a diverse culinary background.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
A Tasting is available to sample your menu prior to your event. Before picking items and menu choices, we ask the clients to create a list of known event details, including the date and location, the number of guests, and anything else relevant to their overall vision. This will help us to narrow down possible options once we start discussing the event. “It helps if a client has a theme in mind that we can work with to create a realistic menu in their budget also. Our menu options are typically flexible, and the key to everyone's satisfaction is a variety of choices. Familiarity with your event attendees' general background can help when narrowing down a menu. Younger guests may be more adventurous, for example, whereas a group of health and fitness professionals may prefer vegetarian or seafood options.
Food allergies, religious requirements, and other dietary restrictions are also important to keep in mind. “We always suggest having both a meat and vegan entrée.
We always recommend an allergy or dietary-restriction section to your event invite. We have all been to events and/or parties where there was too little variety or a lack of balance with the food choices on the menu. Maybe the host served only veggies…or no veggies. We create a menu with a variety of choices and ethnic dishes in mind.
Whenever you bring a group together, regardless of size, each person attending your event has at least slightly different menu preferences. Offering a balanced menu goes a long way towards making sure every guest is satisfied. It also turns out that creating a balanced menu is not complicated, and it helps make your event even more successful.
In general, a balanced menu offers dishes with a variety of proteins, vegetables, fruits, breads, and desserts. We may also consider preparing food in various ways; offering grilled, roasted, poached or fried items provides different options for your guests.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We continue to adhere to the standards incorporated pre covid as well as instituting procedures in addition to address Covid. Staff upon request will wear masks in addition to the standards we already have in place.
