Let me start by saying that I am very tough on vendors and have minimal patience for delays and setbacks. It was both refreshing and surprising to encounter a subcontractor that was both super professional and super responsive. I found all that and more with Veller-Welsh. Their commitment to excellence, superior craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing BUT is was, and is, their extraordinary responsiveness that blew me away. We have had the wonderful opportunity to have worked with Rick and Sandy with our homes! They have been truly amazing with their style and expertise with interior decorating.
We enjoyed every minute whenever we met to discuss our plan of decorating our homes. We built a 10,000 square foot home and they decorated our entire house with such timeless beauty. And, a few years later, we asked them to decorate another home that was built and again they did such a fabulous job! I remodeled my master bathroom and guest bathroom and Rick and Sandy did an amazing job. I am glad I used them because there are a lot of things I would have messed up and did not think about without their advice. Our beachfront condo required a complete renovation and Veller-Welsh Interiors designed and oversaw the entire project. The job involved new kitchen, bathrooms, built-ins, flooring, architectural changes, and complete furnishing including accessories. The bulk of the work was done before we came down for the season. Although not required, Rick took it upon himself to come here daily to keep a close eye on and supervise the progress. Throughout the process he kept us continually in the loop as necessary with calls, photos and videos. We never could have done this large project without their creativity, commitment and attention to detail, which were exemplary. Regarding the interior design, Rick and Sandy had a vision that guided the furniture selection and produced a spectacular feeling and look. In the process, they were very accommodating, patient, extremely easy to work with and committed to making sure we were happy and excited about the final results. This is the second time we have chosen to work with Rick and Sandy. The first time was 15 years ago and the decorated our entire second home. We were sufficiently pleased with their talents in design and decor , that we chose to work with them again when our second home became our primary residence. We are updating the look of the interior and changing our kitchen and baths. Their choice of subcontractors is excellent, and their presence on the job to oversee the work is second to none. Our relationship started in 1999 with VW interiors. They are presently working on my 4th project, which happens to be the most comprehensive of all. We are renovating the kitchen, master bath, family office-library, two guest baths and changing the floor in the entire house. The designs for the specific spaces look fantastic and we are now in the construction phase. Much attention is given to detail and the contractors they have selected are top notch. I live in Illinois and needed a second home purchased in Florida decorated. I needed everything! Working with Rick Veller was a pleasure. We bought a very expensive 3 bedroom condo on the water in Florida. We furnished it as well as putting in a brand new kitchen , new wall units and new plumbing, all done and by WVI. .. Eight years ago , we bought a house in Florida and VWI did the same thing and then 3 years ago we updated a few things at the house and we keep coming back to them , because they are fantastic, honest and among everyhting else Very Knowledgeble. about all aspects of interior design. Rick and Sandy brought us a variety of tile samples for our bathrooms and kitchens based on pictures we'd shown them of what we were looking for. They did a fantastic job selecting tiles that match our taste and the styles we like. They coordinated with our GC and helped us with countless design decisions that made a big difference in the appearance of each room (e.g., interior and exterior paint colors; living room ceiling design; master bathroom design/layout). I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Mr. Veller. I wanted to change my family room to a in-home office. Mr. Veller came to my home and measured the room and made some recommendations that he felt would enhance the beauty and quality of the house. He recommended a dark wood desk/bookshelf that would run the length of the wall, with a desk projecting out into the center of the room. He arrived when he said he would, with a hard working crew that removed all the old furniture and quickly installed the new wall unit and desk. One of the crown molding was not perfect. I couldn't tell anything was wrong with it, but Mr. Veller insisted over my objections, that it be corrected. He then walked around my house gathering items from different locations and carefully placing them in the bookshelf. I didn't know I had so many nice things.

I can tell you my new office is the center piece of the house and changed the whole way the house is presented. This was a job well done!
I would recommend them to do any interior job I have in the future.
