Really love this place. First off they have a vet, Dr Roe who is a northern breed expert who looking out for my dogs since the first day they came home with me. They also offer a great pet insurance program which I highly recommend. I also have used their boarding facility to give me peace of mind when I have had to travel without my pets (they even sent me texts and photos of my dogs while I was away).
Their groomer is experienced and even clips a malamutes nails without hesitation. The staff is compassionate, fun, kind you can tell they love animals. You can tell the day care is awesome because the vet even uses it for her own dog. I am really glad they are in my neighborhood. Thank you pineridge. See you soon Flash is due an annual exam. Very affordable and they were fantastic with my granddog. We have been to vets before that pushed lots of labs and tests, they did not pressure us into unnecessary tests. The Dr. provided the big picture, calmed our nerves and was really thorough. I highly recommend VCA in Andover! More...

I brought my dog in yesterday or my daughter did the service was wonderful the treatment was great their knowledge was excellent of telling us what was wrong and what to do the cost was absolutely wonderful I'll go there for now on all the time never back to Banfield

Brought our dog to Banfield pet hospital at the end of august 2016- left her there for 4 hours for them to run a bunch of tests, and her diagnosis was she is old and has incontinence issues. $600 later and a med that worked wonders! When I called after 6 months to get a refill on the meds- they wouldn't give them to us without her being seen- said it would be another $400! Called VCA, got in the same day- had an exam- got her on meds- got a years worth of refills and cost $45! Will recommend this place to EVERYONE! More...

First off I don't know how it took me this long to do a review. PineRidge has been like family to me. For many many years now I have taken care of their fish tank and they have taken care of our little Yorkie 'Dolly Girl' On Tuesday May 2nd, Dolly, who has been one of the biggest blessings to come into our life died suddenly from what must have been a stroke. My wife and I were crushed, heartbroken and at a loss. Within minutes the tiny love of our life was gone. I had called Connie to share my story and help with my grief. She was and always has been a blessing to just talk with. I told Connie that I wanted to talk with Dr. Hartman sometime to try and understand what happened. Thank you so much Connie. Dr. Hartman took time out of his day to call me personally later and gave comfort, support and his condolences for our loss. Thank you so much Daryl. Later we received some flowers from PineRidge and today upon returning home from doing their fish tank in the mail was a card with heartfelt notes from the PineRidge staff. I burst into tears.... I have been to many VCAs in other parts of the country, as has my dog, so I was happy to see one near our new home here in Minnesota and let me tell you that this one is far and away THE BEST we've ever been to! Boarding is a dream - they send me a picture of Beans with an update every day. They read to him and play with him and he even has a radio and window while he's there! I'd be silly to board somewhere more expensive with less amenities. They know us when we come in and Beans just loves the folks there. Do your pet a favor and check this place out! More...

I recently brought in my 9 yr old cat and they discovered that she had cancerous tumors. I decided it would be best for her to be put down, hard as that decision was. They take great care of my older cats Angel and Shadow and explain things well. My cats have such different personalities. One is almost always calm while the other can be a real stinker. I had been going to Pine Ridge for 13 years and always appreciated the knowledge of all the staff. When my first poodle had to be put to sleep after a short battle with cancer I couldn't believe the support that was shown to me from these wonderful and caring people. My new little puppy was quickly welcomed to this clinic. I relocated to northern Minnesota 7 months ago and when my Farley was diagnosed with cancer from a local vet. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Hartman traveling over 200 miles to do so. I was so happy to find out that the lump wasn't cancer and he explained thoroughly what the pathology report meant. I can't tell how much relief I felt. Dr Bear has been my vet for 20 plus years. I'm there every two weeks with my cat who has kidney disease. They are totally keeping her alive, and she's becoming quite the celebrity there. They even decorated her favorite room with black cats like her. More...

I have a 15-year-old cat that we have been taking to Pine Ridge since they were in their old location off of Round Lake Boulevard in Andover. The "new" location which opened up at least 10 years ago now is nicer than most human clinics. It is clean, with no smell, is nicely kept with tasteful decorating and has a real homey feel. There is of course a resident cat and a fish tank and the staff are friendly and accomodating. This place also does hospital work for animals. I'd recommend it to any pet owner in the Andover/Anoka/Coon Rapids/Ham Lake area. More...
