Describe your creative process.
Ask a bunch of questions, find out as much about you & your business as I can & then help you find/solve design problems. Sometimes the problems we find aren't what customers originally think they are (in those cases, I try to point them in the right direction).
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
What do you want done? Why do you want to do it now? Why do you want me to work with you?
There are cheaper options out there but I have a 99.9% success rate, I've had 2 jobs in 20 years that I couldn't complete to the clients expectations (I found out later they were referred to me but never looked at my work).
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like helping people solve their design related problems with my skillset that I've honed over the past 20 years as a creative professional.
