OMG, Valentina is the best hands down, this Lady went above and beyond. So I used this Company who use an airline that fly dogs from St. Croix/Puerto Rico and they kept canceling there flights to bring My dog from St. Croix/Puerto Rico so I wasn't sure the time or day that they would fly My dog in, He was suppose to fly in on Friday. I contact Valentina at 11:00 p.m. Thursday night and guess what She answered 11:00 p.m. that night, not only did She answered She agreed to pick up My dog in such short notice. I contacted so many other businesses there was either no response or they was like it's to short notice but not Valentina She was communicating, She stayed up all night waiting for My response. listen if I could give Her 1 million stars I would but anyways She got My dog from an airport in Miami at 12:00 a.m Saturday and drove Him to Orlando and She sent Me Her location, communicated letting Me know She stopped to let Him use the outside. She gave Him a toy, water and food, it's so much to tell You about Her service OMG I love it and I will use Her service again and again and again and again She is awesome and Her service is superb!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Like many, I rescued my pup during the pandemic. When I returned to the office, I was so overwhelmed about what to do with my dog on those extra long days and thankfully found Valentina's company! !Valentina and Giorgia took the time to come meet my dog and answer any/every question I had. Giorgia walks my pup and is AMAZING with her! Even with pouring rain, I can count on her. My pup isn't always the easiest, especially when you first meet her and can pull your arm off sometimes when walking, but Giorgia is just the best walking her.
