I've heard of how great the Concept is, but I am floored at trying it out last night. This is elevated home cooking with the perfect juiciness, seasoning, and texture; it's far and away better than anything you could find in a traditional restaurant in the area. I live nearly an hour away but with how affordable the prices are, how quick the service is and, again, how phenomenal the food is, I can foresee myself spending a lot of money here in the future. My husband and I tried the strawberry sweet and spicy, with Mac and cheese and zucchini with parmesan EVERYTHING was so good ! Highly recommend! We order again in the last 30 minutes! What’s your signature dish?
We love making all dishes. But my favorite to make is my seafood Muah! It’s like a casserole but made with a shrimp salmon crabmeat and different cheeses
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The first thing we address is certain allergies of themselves or guest. Then we get into what they like. Then after the interview we go and compose a menu of different options.
What do you love most about your job?
We are people pleasers! We love to cook and make wonderful food!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We both grew up in the food industry and our parents catering. Just so happens we married and we liked the same thing. To cook and cater.
